  106. Cut-It-Out! v1.0 <ASP> "The Ultimate Graphics Snatcher" Finders Keepers!
  107. The fastest, easiest way to capture any image that can be displayed
  108. on your screen. Works with all types of images and programs, present
  109. and future! Capture images from your Web browser (or whatever) for use
  110. as clip art, wall paper or paste them into your graphics creations or
  111. word processing documents. Ideal for building your personal art
  112. collection. If you can see it, you can have it. Capture images in rapid
  113. sequence, then review your work in a Viewing Gallery. Saves images to
  114. bitmap files or to the Windows clipboard.

  129. Windows requires the VBRUN300.DLL file to run Cut-It-Out!
  130. If you have choosen the version that does not include this file,
  131. you must assure that it is in your windows\system directory before
  132. running Cut-It-Out!

  134. Note for Windows 3.1x users: This is a 16-bit program and therefore
  135. you do not need to have Win32s(R) installed on your computer.

  217. For a brief description of a button action, click the opposite mouse
  218. button over the button and a popup window will appear.  If the
  219. Auto-Button Help option is enabled, the first time you hover over
  220. a button the message will appear. (see Options menu below)

  229.       Loads a viewer with a bitmap from a disk file.
  230.   * Save Bitmap File  {Ctrl+S}
  231.       Saves the bitmap in the active viewer to a disk file.
  232.   * Save All Bitmaps  {Ctrl+A}
  233.       Opens a dialog for saving all bitmap viewers to disk files.
  234.   * Print  {F7}
  235.       Sends the active bitmap viewer to the printer for a hard copy.
  236.   * Print Setup  {F8}
  237.       Opens a dialog to set printing options.
  238.   * Make Cut-It-Out! Disk  {Ctrl+Ins}
